We always look for new ways to assist our clients more effectively. Recently,we wondered if some of our clients might prefer consultations by Skype Video Conference (Web Cam) or by telephone.
This part of our site is a work in progress. If you are interested in a video or telephone consultation, please inform our staff by telephone. Payment must be made by credit card prior the the appointment. Our staff will obtain basic information and documents from your prior to the consultation.
Any documents in your possession should be faxed, emailed, or mailed, prior to the appointment (see below for contact information). Where two clients will be involved (e.g., a husband and wife), both should be present for the appointment.
Consultations are available on:

obtaining permanent marriage through a spouse or other relative,
citizenship applications,
immigration consequences of criminal convictions,
deportation defense (including defense of permanent residents charged with crimes, long-term undocumented residents, and others),
asylum (including political, gender, sexual-orientation, or other bases of persecution).

We do not provide consultations on business immigration, including labor certifications, highly skilled worker visas, etc.
